HNS Fights for ‘Fair Society’

Text

HNS is fighting for a ‘Fair Society’ in the elections in order to retrieve the educational structure of the state and to stop corruption.

The ‘Fair Society’ through ten articles presents its specific project, which includes education financing and student scholarships, with the fight against corruption and even development of regions in the country.

Justice and a sense for justice are often neglected in politics, even though they are the most important things’ said Vesna Pusic, the president of HNS (Croatian People’s Party) during the presentation in Split.

She mentioned that 30 to 40% of young people finish high schools after which they can go to universities, and the goal of the HNS is to make schools ‘more throughputs’ for all those who are willing to gain more knowledge.

‘If the state paid its bills within 60 days, no one would think of bribery. In a situation when the payment date is longer than 30 days, then corruption happens’ said Pusic. As an example, she mentioned the adoption of  the ‘handball bill’, which could open enormous possibilities for corruption in the public procurement.
