Hodak Case is Complicated, I Am Ready to Wait

Ljerka Mintas-Hodak does not yet know the truth about her daughter Ivana´s murder, but still believes that the police will find the killer.

The investigations and operations by the police that would lead to the solution of the Ivana Hodak murder case in the centre of Zagreb, have not yet made concrete results. The murders and those who ordered the murder are still unknown, even though more than 100 days have passed since Ivana’s murder, but her mother still believes in the police and the investigation.

The mother of the murdered Ivana, Ljerka Mintas-Hodak still does not know the truth, but despite that she believes that the police will find the murderers and those who gave the order, and as she says, she has found salvation from disappointment in faith.

“I understand the circumstances that it occurred under, and that it is a complicated case, and that the investigation is taking a long time. I am ready to justify the time necessary to carry out a quality investigation and find the real murderers and command givers” said Ljerka Mintas-Hodak for Dnevnik.hr.

The police claim that they know who is behind the murder of Ivana Hodak, but that a new operation will have to wait until all of the needed documentation is collected.
