Tomo Horvatincic offered to lodgers in Varsavska street buy off their flats in order to make an entrance for his underground garage
Tomo Horvatincic, who plans to build lifestyle centre in the block of houses on Cvjetno Square, offered to lodgers in Varsavska Street buying off their flats, so that he could made an entrance into an underground garage for 700 cars through that street.
However, the lodgers are not pleased with that idea and so far they do not plan to sell their flats. Horvatincic wants to build an entrance to his underground garage through the parts where house numbers 6 and 8 currently are which means that the street would no longer be a pedestrian zone. His colleagues are harassing lodgers to sell their flats, Jutarnji list writes.
One lodger also mentioned that Horvatincic also offered to buy off Ham-Ham restaurant and beauty centre premises in Varsavska.
We have not managed to reach Tomo Horvatincic because he refuses to give any statement for the media on that issue.
- Mr Horvatincic does not want to give a statement because he is not in his office – his secretary said.
