INA - Industrija nafte d.d. took part in the seventh event of Student Future Day which has been traditionally organized by Zagreb School of economics and management (ZSEM). Many students and many representatives of the leading Croatian companies gathered at this event which connects young specialists and their future employers. This year the students were interested for their future careers in INA. The representatives of the company answered their questions and explained the business processes in this well-known company. They also presented different projects aimed at the young population and students, such as Growww program of employment, the international on-line competition Freshhh, the competition for The Best Mentor and the competition for grants and trainings.
The representatives of INA took part in the professional part of the event as well. They attended the workshop called “Human resources and expectations from the candidates”. The representatives of INA took part in the discussion because their company is one of the leading companies in its field. They have great knowledge and market experience and their company is recognized as an ideal surrounding for the professional development of its employees. They are aware of the importance of human resources. Their success is based on the educated, creative and innovative staff. The company has been rewarded the prize for the excellence in management of human resources called Certifikat Poslodavac Partner.
This year’s participation in Student Future Day shows one more step in INA’s initiative to get closer to the students’ population and one more step towards their active involvement in the employment market. The company’s effort has been recognized by students themselves so INA has again become the winner of the prize Zlatni indeks in even six categories.
