DUBROVNIK, Sept 28 (Hina) - An international investment forum will take place in Dubrovnik on October 26 under the auspices of Croatian President Ivo Josipovic.
According to the head of Dubrovnik-Neretva County, Nikola Dobroslavic, the purpose of the forum is to present investment possibilities in the Dubrovnik area as an important part of the wider region of Southeast Europe, to highlight the benefits of investing in this county based on the urban development plan, investment incentives and structural reforms, and to win the trust of investors to show them that the regional and local government units want to be a partner and assist in overcoming any investment obstacles.
The forum is expected to attract domestic and international companies. European Union Ambassador Paul Vandoren, Croatian Economy Minister Radimir Cacic and President Ivo Josipovic are also due to attend.
