Killed in a direct collision near Durmanac

17-year old co-passenger was seriously hurt and retained in treatment, while the other driver suffered only minor injuries.

In a serious car accident that happened last night around 8:10 pm near Durmanac, 68 year old driver from Donja Semnica was killed, police reported this morning.

The man was taken to General Hospital in Zabok where he died four hours later. According to police, he was the one who caused the accident after crossing to the opposite lane and colliding with a car which was controlled by the driver V. Š. (25) from Macelj.

Co-passenger of the deceased man, seventeen year old B. P., was seriously injured and he is still in treatment.
