Kosor Also Wants To Take Polygraph

Text

It is a shameful fact we live in a country where mistrust towards politicians is so great they have to prove the truth on polygraphs!

Minister Jadranka Kosor is prepared to prove that Jadranka Cigelj's claims are untrue in each way she can and with all legal means, even with a polygraph test if the need be! Berislav Zivkovic, Minister Kosor`s spokesperson told Javno this morning.

Who is next on the polygraph?

With this move, if it comes to that, Vice-Premier Jadranka Kosor would be the third person in the last month to agree to a polygraph testing. Namely, Hrvoje Vojkovic, the management board chairman of the Croatia osiguranje insurance company, has already done that part with the Zagreb police, defending himself from claims that he had physically abused his wife Dijana.

The head of the Croatian Party of Rights, Ante Djapic, recently agreed to take a polygraph test as well if necessary. Namely, he was accused by the Democratic Centre party members of having illicit business “relations” with an indicted businessman, Vlado Zec.

Degen: there are witnesses

Kosor wants to take the polygraph test to prove her innocence in the Cigelj case, after she was accused by the dismissed non-governmental association department head that it was Kosor who ordered the intelligence check of the non-governmental association commission member candidates.

-We were able to see how much people believe Jadranka Kosor in the “Otvoreno” TV-show- told us Cigelj`s attorney Silvije Degen.

In an interview for Javno he repeated his client`s claims that she had witnesses who could confirm it was the vice-premier who ordered the Security and Intelligence Agency check of the candidates.
