SEX WITH MINORS
JANUARY 26 2010 13:26h
15 days ago, owner of the Tuzlanski List served as the witness in a trial involving prostitution and two 16-year-olds.
Tuzlanski List awarded Prime Minister Jadranka Kosor with a title of the West Balkan’s Person of the Year for her “accomplishments in the political life of Croatia in 2009.”
Croatian Prime Minister traveled to award ceremony to Tuzla where she accepted the prize and government’s official website published the news.
However, this award was somewhat tainted by a discovery that the Tuzlanski List owner, Vahid Ibrisimovic, testified in Tuzla’s court where he was summoned 15 days ago by the prosecution. It seems that Ibrisimovic was the regular customer of services provided by the two sixteen-year-old high school students, Dnevni Avaz reports.
Ibrisimovic was called by the county prosecutor, Damir Alic, in a case that charges local businessmen Jozo Banovic for encouraging prostitution.
President of the government was not aware of this detail
The owner of the Tuzlanski List was called to the hearing after two minors mentioned him as one of their regular customers.
Ibrisimovic’s hearing was confirmed by both media and a prosecutor.
- While accepting the award, president of the government was not aware of this circumstance – government’s spokespman, Zlatko Mehun, said.
Mehun added that Jadranka Kosor was primarily awarded by the readers of the paper.
- Her advocacy of political cooperation and dialogue among the countries in the region is well known – said Mehun and added that Kosor was awarded based on the poll conducted among journalists and readers.
HDZ did not give any comments.
