The investigation which has been under way since October last year against Glavas and six suspects, ends today at the Osijek County Court.
The investigation was continued after Branimir Glavas psychologically and physically recovered from his hunger strike.
His lawyers feel that he should be freed of charges for the murder of 11 civilians in 1991.
The investigating judge of Osijek’s County Court, Mario Kovac, announced another date of summons today. Four witnesses have been called, three for the prosecution and one for defense.
After the investigation process judge Kovac will hand over all documents to the district attorney which decides to press charges or to clear them, broadcast by Croatian Radio.
