Millenium: We Will Sue You!

According to legal provisions, we refute untrue statements published in the fabricated text ‘Why Bandic Covers for Horvatincic?’

Javno received a letter from Marina Pintaric, a senior consultant at the Millenium Promocije company, objecting to a text published under the headline "Why Bandic Covers for Horvatincic?" and announcing a law suit to be filed against Javno. Following is the letter in full:

"According to legal provisions, we refute the untrue statements published in the fabricated text ‘Why Bandic Covers for Horvatincic?’ published on your portal.

Mr. Skoko has not been a member of the Millenium Promocija management for more than a half year now, and he was never advisor to Mayor Bandic. Our agency carried out several PR projects for the City Government and some other city companies, but of insignificant value. It is true that MPR is engaged in some advisory activities for the IMMO WORLD WIDE Zagreb company, but the imaginative fabrications you claim are at the least ridiculous.

The whole text is a construction based on facts taken out of the context and causes harm to the reputation of our Agency. Due to unprofessionality and manipulation of facts, we shall demand justice in court.
