Nacional’s Photographer Denounced the Assault

Due to a mistake of the Zagreb Police Office administration, on Sunday we gave wrong information on the assault against Mr Marinkovic.

ZAGREB, CROAITA – Ivan Marinkovic, photo reporter of Nacional weekly, has denounced the accident that took place a few days ago in Zagreb. According to the statements Mr Markovic gave to the police, Heni Erceg, head editor of recently closed Feral Tribune, physically assaulted him, ruined his camera and erased the memory card in his mobile phone. The police is still looking for Ms Erceg in order to hold an interview with her. However, Ms Erceg, in an interview for Javno stated that Nacional’s photographer made up the incident. 

Although the Police Office, the day after the accident, informed us that there was no file on an assault against the photographer in their records, on Monday we found out that, due to a wrong information form the Police Office administration, we were wrongly informed.
