Secret services did not break the law nor monitored the three famous female politicians.
Due to the latest scandals connected with secret services, soon a special law will be proposed on security check regulations.
Recent charges of the three famous female politicians that they were monitored by the secret services are some of the reasons for the new regulations to be implemented. Although secret services are not to blame, nor did they monitor Vesna Skare-Ozbolt, nor Milanka Opacic, nor Djurdja Adlesic, something will be changed, the Vecernji list reports.
President Stjepan Mesic and Prime Minister Ivo Sanader concluded there was not a case of law violation, but still decided to change the Regulation on security measures. The Regulation will not exist for long because the government will pass a law proposition on security measures in a month.
The three mentioned female politicians were not subjects of any surveillance, said Sanader, the Vecernji list daily states.
