Because she caused an accident on the Zagreb-Split motorway, HNS head has to pay a fine of 1,500 kuna and 504 kuna for court expenses.

Namely, the Croatian People`s Party`s (HNS) first lady cause a traffic accident at the end of August 2005 in which her dog Punch died. According to the Offence court judge in Duga Resa, Pusic caused the accident because of a maladjusted speed in bad weather conditions- wet roadway and rain.

In this accident the HNS president sustained a rib fracture, minor head injuries and she has also been hospitalised.

The valid ruling was reached by judge Zdravko Movre, the Jutarnji list reports.
