PHOTO: Models and Designers Dominate Kaptol Centre

Although the fashion celebrities were a bit more restrained, this duel ended in a tie. Both Plato and the IN Barr were as good.

ZAGREB, CROATIA – The DJ fired up the fashion elite at the Official After Cro a Porter Party which took place at Plato at the Kaptol Centre in Zagreb on Saturday night. Even stylist Neven Ciganovic managed to have fun. He came to the party because his friends talked him into it.

- I will stay here a little while and then I am going home. I am no longer attracted by nights out. But the atmosphere here tonight is excellent – Ciganovic told us.

As the hands of the clock moved forward, the atmosphere in Plato became more heated up. Models, stylists and everybody else showed their vocal abilities at karaoke.

As we circled the club, our female camera lens noticed a good looking, mysterious man at the bar with a drink in his hand who looked around with interest. And when we wanted to proclaim him the hottest guy of the night, he just had to open his mouth:

- I though my fly was open – he said and lost the title. But he got another one: the worst pickup line of the evening.

All in all, we give Plato and fashion an excellent A because they rounded up the fourt and final night of Cro a Porter in a relaxed, fun and sober fashion.

Bad seducers in IN Bar 

Leaving the Croatian glamour behind, we started towards the IN Bar on river Sava.

The club was crowded due to the fact that the band Jellow Marine was performing foreign and Croatian hits from the 1970’s and early 1980’s. Besides several good punches we received in the heat of the dance, our night patrol was made even more fun by boys who relentlessly tried to win girls over, not recognising defeat. Hats off, guys. We are keeping our fingers crossed for you that you work on your image and attitude by next weekend.

Despite the crowd in Plato and Inn Bar, smoke and too much glass on the floor, Saturday’s night out in these two places was a definite success.

In any case, the warm autumn evening, partying with celebrities and mere mortals ended in a tie: Plato – 1, IN Bar – 1, although our fashion celebrities are a bit more restrained, which is understandable considering that they are constantly targeted by paparazzi.
