ZAGREB, CROATIA – British Princess Anne on Monday arrived for an official visit to Croatia where she met with Croatia’s President Stjepan Mesic. They agreed that Croatian-British relations were developing positively, the president’s office said in a statement.
Princess Anne recalled her stay in Croatia in 1972 and voiced satisfaction with her arriving to Croatia again.
President Mesic said that it would not be good to forget the roots of the friendship between the two countries that reach back to their alliance during World War Two.
