A bus with Serbian registration plates from Zrenjanin caught fire just before 5 am in “Korenicka Kapela”, in the Lika region of Croatia. The bus was travelling towards the south of Croatia.
As the Lika-Senj police department stated, none of the ten passenger and two drivers were injured. They were taken care of in a nearby restaurant in Korenica.
The cause of the fire is being determined by a investigation at the scene.
Traffic was stopped whilst fire-fighters put out the fire, and flowed intermittently one direction at a time after 6:15am.
