DOWNTOWNERS
APRIL 5 2009 13:11h
The warm weather caused the girls in Zagreb to wear t-shirts and more colourful clothes. Finally – sun with coffee.
ZAGREB, CROATIA – A comfortable 20 degrees Celsius made young women and men get out of
their homes and take a walk in the streets of Croatia’s capital.
Short sleeves and yellow details
Beautiful girls carried their jackets under their arms because it was so warm and some were seen even wearing short trousers, with which the more courageous downtowners thrilled us.
After months of cold, snow and rain, which constantly fell for days, it was really refreshing, albeit a bit unusual, to see girls wearing t-shirts.
And finally there was some colour to the clothes of the girls, who stepped out of their black, brown or grey items of clothing worn in the winter months. Judging by the smiles on their faces, the girls in downtown Zagreb were thrilled by the fact that they will from now be able to during their Saturday coffees outside, on any of the numerous café terraces in the centre of Zagreb.
Although the sun would occasionally hide behind large, white clouds, luckily, there was no rain. If only every Saturday was like that.
