PHOTO: Unforgettable Javno´s Second Birthday Party

We decided to celebrate our second birthday with our dearest friends without whom the past two years would not be so special.

ZAGREB, CROATIA – It was a very special day for the Javno news site on Thursday, it was its second birthday. When we take a look back we see a lot of articles we wrote together, storis that entered history and friendships that will stay forever.

We decided to celebrate our second birthday with our dearest friends. Whether they were associates with whom we shared both the good and the bad, whether they were people without whom there would be no news, they all have one thing in common – without them the past two years would not be what they were. We would like to thank all of them for being and remaining our friends.

This birthday was celebrated at Zagreb’s Saloon discotheque, just like last year, and of course, we had loads of fun. The hostess of the party was Simona Gotovac.

Apart from the performance of Split’s band TBF, the guests were surprised by the performance of the band Suicide bar, in which the editor of our Revue section, Antonija Zbiljski, plays.

But what would a party be without people who, alongside Zagreb’s Mayor Milan Bandic create city policy which directly influences citizens. So, many city officials turned up at the party.

Apart from politicians, Saloon was also packed with Croatian celebrities.
