All available forces and technology has been deployed in the investigation of the murder of Ivana Hodak, the Zagreb police commissioner said
ZAGREB, CROATIA - - We have deployed all available forces and technology in the investigation of the murder of Ivana Hodak. We are working on it intensely since yesterday when she was killed. We worked with all forces last night, we will work on it today and until we find the perpetrator of which heinous crime – Zagreb police commissioner Branko Peran told us. He added that he cannot believe anybody could claim the opposite.
Yesterday we learnt from our sources that police have been ordered to cease their intense search for the killer, but that if they learn something about Ivana Hodak’s murder, that they should report it.
- There is no talk of ceasing the intense search. We are working intensely on all unsolved cases, especially this one. I have already said that we have included all available forces in the investigation. We have questioned more than a dozen people for information that could help up solve the case – Peran said.
Ivana Hodak, the daughter of Zagreb attorney Zvonimir Hodak was killed with two shots in the head a the entrance of her building in Zagreb on Monday morning. Police are remaining silent about the possible perpetrators of this crime and those who may have ordered the murder.
- I cannot tell you if we do or do not have suspects. The investigation is underway – the police commissioner concluded.
