Pusic, in the folk costume, passes for a local

Presidential candidate, Vesna Pusic, was dressed in the 80-year-old, hand-made folk costume from Posavina, which thrilled the locals.

- I am proud of our tradition, our national identity, and I am very happy that I got the opportunity to promote Croatian folk customs and cultural heritage - said Vesna Pusic presidential candidate dressed in the 80-year-old, hand-made folk costume from Posavina. Over the weekend, Pusic participated in this weekend’s festivities in Ivanic Grad.

Posavina national costume brings back warm family memories to the presidential candidate. When she lived in America, acquaintances of presidential candidate had a similiar costume, and Vesna’s 12-year-old daughter, Daine, wore it.

Pusic delighted Ivanic Grad citizens and welcomed the promotion of their traditional costumes.

Presidential candidate could easily pass for a local wife, concluded the citizens.
