Selma Banich left a box of feces in front of the City office for culture

The independent dancing artist Selma Banich informed the public that she would leave a gift in front of the door of the city office for culture. Last week she left a box of her own feces in front of the office to comment the cultural policy of the institution.

That was one more action which was meant to draw the attention of the public and produce reaction of the authorities regarding non-transparency and corruption in the city of Zagreb. The protest was triggered because of the announcement of those who would get money for cultural projects in the city. The association which reacted was BLOK. The same association initiated the protest performance of Sinisa Labrovic in front of the City Hall. There was no comment from the City Office for education, culture and sport.
