-Civil action has been motioned against responsible persons of the Ina d.d. Zagreb system- notified the Mayor of Sisak Dinko Pintaric.
Due to unpleasant smells caused by the emission of hydrogen sulphide from the oil refinery and increased amounts of benzene concentrates, an initiative has been put into motion in Sisak these days for the establishment of a Cancer Diseased Association, Dnevik.hr reports.
Incidentally, Sisak is well-known for extremely polluted air, which is confirmed by the information of the city government, stating air quality in 2006was of the 3rd category in relation to carbon dioxide and hydrogen sulphide.
