- I don’t know if someone is still interested in Vjesnik – said the minister of finance Slavko Linic in Brussels yesterday, answering a question of Croatian radio’s journalist about the destiny of this fallen daily newspaper.
- It is clear, Vjesnik is not a product. Vjesnik is not a name. It isn’t called Vjesnik but vjesnik.hr. There is no property, no market, except 98 employees who have desire to work. But Vjesnik doesn’t represent anything more than that. I don’t see a future for this company – Linic said.
