The cost of a square meter in Bandic’s future apartments in Sesvete rose from the starting 1283 euros per square meter to 1295 euros. Even though the increase of 12 euros per meter does not seem large, Zagreb’s holding which sells those apartments will get at least 1.12 million euros more income from the sale, or 8.2 million kuna. 2,500 apartments are being built, of which 901 will be sold to Zagreb for social needs, and the rest will be released into sale through Zanea, PBZ nekretnina and HPB nekretnina.
