The voting for the winners of the competition started on Monday on the web page www.delhrv.ec.europa.eu. The deadline for voting is 30th April at midnight. The three videos which get most votes will be the winners of the competition.
These three videos are going to be shown at the concert “Ritam Europe 2” organized on Bundek Lake by the EU Delegation. The concert will be held on 4th May. The ambassador Paul Vandoren, the head of the EU Delegation will give prizes to the winners. The prizes are: a journey to Portugal, digital cameras and e-book readers.
The competition called “EU Minuta” was organized for secondary school students. The aim of the competition is to motivate teenagers to get more involved into the topic of the EU and Croatia entering the EU. The students could create and produce an original video about the EU. The length of the film was limited to one minute. There were 33 participants and the Evaluation Committee chose 10 finalists. The public voting will choose the best one.
