The firemen from Zagreb put out the fire in Kustosija

On Monday morning the firemen from Zagreb got an emergency call because of the fire on the wooden bridge in Kustosijanska Street at number 31. Two fire engines with 9 firefighters were sent to the scene and they put out the fire.

After the incident the police units were monitoring the place. The Office for emergency management was trying to reach the building inspection and the Ministry of Construction. They had to come to detect the stability of the bridge after the fire. No one was answering the phones in both mentioned institutions.
