ZAGREB, CROATIA – After abandoning the assembly hall, the members of parliament voted to pick the three new judges for the Constitutional Court out of four candidates.
The MPs decided that the three new members who will take their office at the Constitutional Court will be Mario Jelusic, Professor of Law at Zagreb’s faculty, Dusko Skorin and Slavica Banic.
Mirjana Jurisic was the fourth candidate, but she did not manage to get a sufficient number of votes and so was knocked out only by four votes of the MPs.
