Mile Letica, suspected of having committed war crimes in Croatia in 1991, was transferred to the investigative judge in Sisak last night.
ZAGREB, CROATIA - Police arrested and transferred to the Sisak County investigative judge 56-year-old Mile Letica suspected of having committed war crimes in Croatia’s Glina in 1991.
According to investigative judge Ivica Versic, Letica was arrested on the Croatian border based on an international warrant issued by the Sisak County Court.
Mile Letica was commander of a Serb battalion in Glina that committed war crimes against civilians in the area in the Homeland War.
