All was quiet in Croatia from Christmas Eve until today. Even a bit boring. The media struggled with the absence of news for the first few minutes of the main TV news show or the front pages. I must admit I was unaware of what was going on in our country. Up to today.

Macek is threatening

Today, the Croatian News Agency (Hina) issued a communiqué of the Government PR office and I understood the reason for the former dullness. Ratko Macek was not there. A friend of mine claims he was off skiing, and another that he went to Cuba for a specialisation. But, it is of no importance where he was, the important thing is that he has returned. And threatened right away. Whom?

So, my dear journalists and even dearer bloggers and female-bloggers, all of you who had the courage these days to write about the property and some watches of Mr Ivo, take care. You can expect that Bajic has requested from the Minister of the Interior Ivica Kirin that his men go out on the field. They haven’t rang on your door yet?

Why did you try to “destroy the reputation and credibility of the Prime Minister”?

Why did you carry out a “media manipulation”?

Why did you take “false care for the public wellbeing”?

Why did you “try to create an image of unwantedness and social harm of private property and the respect of private entrepreneurship”?

Why did you write these “tendentious writings”?

Did you forget only Cacic is allowed to be mentioned in such a context.

You do not know the answers to theses questions? You had better come up with some quickly. Before you hear dingggg on your door… or bin-bong-bin-bong.

Shame on you, you commies! What gives you the right to write about the prime minister? About his property even???

He explained everything to the public a long time ago. Did you forget that at the beginning of 2004 he prevented my attempt to make the Parliament Investigation Committee investigate the origin of his property and the property of the then Minister Miomir Zuzul, acquired during the time they were state officials (1993)???

Did you forget that Sime Lucin, Zlatko Kramaric and Ivo Banac signed that demand first and then, consciously, as responsible members of community withdrew their signatures? Why don`t you do as they did???
