Traditional “Zagreb Zbica”, where Zagreb citizens ride their bikes from the Cvjetni Square to the lake Bundek, will start at 6 p.m.
The central zone of Zagreb will be closed for traffic from 8 am to 8 pm in honor of today’s, September 22, European day without cars.
Traffic will be allowed to emergency vehicles only, firefighters, police, utilities vehicles, vehicles for persons with disabilities who reside in that zone, vehicles of public transport and taxi vehicles.
Area closed to traffic is bound by the streets around Ban Josip Jelacic Square – Jurisic St – Palmotic St – Boskovic St - Andrija Hebrang St – Gundulic St – Ilica St – Mesnic St – Demeter St - Illyrian Square – Radic St - Ban Josip Jelacic Square.
