From last week on passengers will be able to fly to Persian Gulf from Zagreb every day. Qatar Airways started their new program last week. They celebrated the event by airplane greeting when their first plane landed at Pleso Airport.
Zagreb has become the 30th destination of this popular Asian air company.
- During last 18 months we have managed to increase our presence in Europe. Therefore I am happy to announce that Zagreb has become the 30th destination of Qatar Airways in Europe and the 114th in the world. This is the first line between Croatia and the countries from Persian Gulf – the CEO Akbar Al Baker said. He flew to Zagreb as one of the passengers of the first flight to Zagreb.
Qatar Airways line Zagreb – Doha will have two classes on Airbus A320. Business class consists of 12 seats and economy class has 132 seats.
