At the moment when there was clear that the boss of Dinamo could be blamed for being in conflict of interest, his son Mario returned his license and “disarmed” the minister. This act proves that Zdravko Mamic was always aware that his work was not in accordance with the Law of sports. This was also noticed by the former minister from HDZ government Radovan Fuchs but, as soon as he asked HNS to investigate the case, the whole issue was stopped. It was blocked. Is it possible for Markovic and Srebric to investigate and find out that Mamic is guilty of anything? Ha, ha… a joke of the year.
So the whole thing remained only at the level of rumors. The former Fifa manager Mario Mamic allegedly represented ex-Dinamo players Luka Modric and Dejan Lovren while his father Zdravko, the president of Dinamo board, was in charge of their transfer.
Now when Mario is not a manager any more, the last formal reason for Mamic not to be the head of Dinamo has disappeared. Of course, this doesn’t mean that the pressure on him will stop.
