AD Plastik Sets Up company In Russia?

AD Plastik from Solin plans to expand its production programmes to Russia, to the area which gravitates to Saint Petersburg.

AD Plastik established contact with the Aerokosmicheskoye Oborudovaniye group in Saint Petersburg, which is the potential partner for the establishment of a new company in Russia.

With the possibility of founding a company in Russia in which Croatia's AD Plastik would have the majority share, the issue of recapitalisation of AD Plastik was mentioned, where the Russian partner would obtain 25 percent of AD Plastik company shares, the Business.hr writes.
