Atlas Nekretnine Shares at ZSE

ZSE has approved the inclusion of the Atlas nekretnine company ordinary shares into the quotation of shares of public joint stock companies.

The ordinary shares will be traded at the Zagreb Stock Exchange (ZSE) under the symbol ATLN-R-A. The company’s stock capital is 53,959,430.70 kuna and is divided into 1,904,315 shares without a nominal amount. 

Hanfa hindered inclusion into Zagreb Stock Exchange 

Atlas nekretnine came out of the division of the Atlas turisticka agencija d.d. company and was founded on September 20, 2006. As the company has not had more than 100 shareholders three months in a row, it did not meet conditions for it to be considered a public joint stock company, which is why Hanfa (Croatian Financial Services Supervision Agency) obstructed the company’s placement on the Zagreb capital market.
