The Management Board of the Brodotrogir shipyard has welcomed the government's decision to sell the dock in the southern Croatian coastal town of Trogir to Danko Koncar's Kermas Energija company.
Brodotrogir's Management Board said Kermas Energija's offer was based on a "certain restructuring programme and the main characteristic is to maintain and promote shipbuilding as the main activity".
At its session on Thursday, t government decided to sell Brodotrogir to Kermas Energija owned by businessman Dank Koncar, after assessing his bid better than a bid made by the More Trogir company of Slobodan Ljubicic. (Hina)
