Fate of Elektropromet Still Unknown

Shareholders' disputes in the Zagreb-based company for trade and services, Elektropromet, are still not solved because of a lack of quorum.

Although it was expected as an event that would end ownership disputes, which have been shaking up Elektropromet for over a year now, the assembly of company shareholders did not take place due to a lack of quorum. According to available information, 46% of the company`s shareholders were present at the assembly. Since 50% of votes are necessary, a new general assembly will take place on January 11 at 13:00 hours, the Poslovni dnevnik daily writes Friday.

Definiton of key shareholder positions

The defining of key shareholder positions is still underway. The main division is happening between the chairman of the management board, Dragutin Kos, a portion of small shareholders and holders of a few larger packets of shares (Interfinance, Aureus, To one) on one side, and a group with Jure Bajic, a former member of the management board, at the helm, on the other.
