Shares of five new companies were added to the Varazdin Stock Exchange today.
The five companies are Eurodaus d.d. Split, Eurodaus 1963 d.d. Split, Auto Dubrovnik d.d. Dubrovnik, Agram Educa d.d. Zagreb, and Slavonija IGM d.d. Nasice, reports Poslovni dnevnik.
Eurodaus is a trade and vehicle service company and its founding capital amounts to 14.236,400 kuna. EuroDaus 1963 is a company that deals in trade, vehicle service, and travel, and has the same amount in founding capital and number of shares released on the market, which equals 71,182. Auto Dubrovnik is a service, repairs, and trade company that issued 60,073 shares. Its capital stock is 18.021,900 kuna.
Agram Educa is a service and trade joint stock company that released 41,000 shares and has 41.000,000 in capital stock. Slavonija IGM (Industry of Building Material) from the town of Nasice has capital stock in the amount of 45.140,400 kuna and 25,078 shares released on the stock market.
