Ford S-MAX Won Auto Bild Award

Ford S-MAX won the prestigious award 'Auto 1 Europe' this year, according to the decision by the German car magazine Auto Build, together with its 23 sister publications in Europe and the jury of leading car experts.

Apart from the general award, the dynamic crossover S-MAX won the individual award in the minivan category within Auto 1 award.

These awards are the last in the rows of awards for Ford S-MAX, which has been crowned as 2007 Car of the year. Ford S-MAX also won 15 national awards, or awards granted by particular magazines, including the design award granted by Auto Bild.

The jury contributes to the importance of this award. In Germany only over 210, 000 readers of Auto Bild participated in it, while round 40 million readers selected their dearest car in 2006.
