Danone, widely-known by his trademarks of bottled water Evian and an Activia yogurt, reported a total revenue of 3,78 billion Euros, in the period of July - September 2009, comparing to 3,85 billions Euros in the same perod of last year. The company reports state the a weakness of the Mexican Peso, UK Pound, Russian Rubel and Polish Zlote against Euro as the main reason to the decline in revenue.
- Once we abolish the issue of current exchange influence and a single-sided revenue partly coming from the sales of soft drinks affiliations, we'll say the revenue went up in the third trimester by 4,1 percent, - states the company source.
