Last year, Medjimurska banka earned a net income of 33 million kunas. Dividend payment amounts to 39 kunas per share.
At the Assembly scheduled for early April, Medjimurska banka should come to a decision in regard to the payment of last year's income of 12.4 million kunas through a dividend which will amount to 39 kunas per share, reports bankamagazine.hr.
PBZ is the majority holder
The bank earned a net income in the amount of 33 million kunas last year, and 20.6 million kunas out of that profit will be distributed into retained profit.
The majority holder of Medjimurska banka is Privredna banka Zagreb, with the share of 96.39%, so that PBZ should get almost 12 million out of the dividend paid in full.
The Assembly that meets in April should also come to a decision regarding the new Supervisory Board.
