Oesterreichische Post Buys Weber Escal

Austria's Oesterreichische Post signed an agreement on the takeover of the Croatian company Weber Escal.

Weber Escal is a Croatian company dealing with the production and distribution of advertising material. It was founded in 1994, it employs 250 people and claims to have a market share of more than 40%. The value of the business transaction remains a secret.

A statement issued on Oesterreichische Post`s web site states that the takeover was concluded on January 2, the Business.hr news portal writes Friday.
