Police Investigate T-HT Dealings

Police investigated T-HT dealings in 2003, and Deutsche Telekom was considering management dismissal. Ivica Mudrinic is at the head o T-HT.

Consulting company PriceWaterhouseCoopers requests the dismissal of the Croatian management. This is one of the sentences of the T-HT business and management analysis, which was carried out by the company at the request of Deutsche Telekom in 2003.

Bajic: There is no prosecution by official duty

Recently Ivica Mudrinic was re-elected as the president of the T-HT Management Board. Ministry of the Interior confirmed for the Business.hr web-site that an investigation is being conducted over the case and the Attorney General Mladen Bajic`s office also confirmed that “from the conducted criminal investigation there was no reasonable doubt for committing the felony which would result in a prosecution according to official duty”.
