The Three Millionth Peugeot 307 Made

Peugeot reports that the three millionth unit of the Peugeot 307 was made in Palomar near Buenos Aires.

The Peugeot 307 was launched on the market in 2001. It is manufactured as a three-door and five-door limousine and in break, CW, and CC editions. 

The Peugeot 307 production rhythm currently amounts to 2,050 units a day in four production plants – Sochaux and Mulhouse in France, Palomar in Argentina, and Wuhan in China. 

The Peugeot 307 is sold in 138 countries. Apart from France, which registers 24.5 percent of the sales, the main markets for this model are Spain, Great Britain, Italy, Germany, and the Netherlands. 

The 307 is a popular model in Croatia and it sells quite a bit. 1,608 units of the Peugeot 307 were sold in Croatia last year and 232 units were sold in the first two months of 2007. The Peugeot models that are more successful than the 307 on the Croatian market are the 206 and the 207.
