Transadrija Sells Its Share In Kvarner Bank

Transadrija sold its 14.76% of the share in the Rijeka-based Kvarner Bank and earned 18 million kunas.

In the aftermath of the recent great share price fluctuations, the management of the Rijeka-based company Transadrija has alerted the Varazdin Stock Exchange to the facts related to recent business operations that they considered important and that could influence such fluctuations on the stock exchange, reports Poslovni dnevnik.

Policentro d.o.o. is the holder of the Rijeka shopping centre building

The company reiterates that, through its branch Trans RI d.o.o., it owns 14.16 percent of the share in the company Policentro d.o.o., which is the holder of the Rijeka Tower shopping centre building.

The centre is 116,000 square metres in size. The work on it has been completed and the centre is now open. The company expects positive financial effects from the centre's business operations this year.
