Turks Announce to Buy Croatian Company

Turkish company has announced to buy Croatia’s Trade Media East Limited company.

A Turkish publishing company, Hurriyet, has offered ten dollars per share of the Croatian Trade Media east Limited company, which owns the largest ad magazine in the country, the Oglasnik.

Their offer is valued at almost 500 million dollars, the Business.hr portal said Saturday.
