Today a decision will be made on merging Zagreb Stock Exchange with Varazdin Stock Exchange

The Varazdin Stock Exchange shareholders at an annual meeting on Tuesday approved the agreement on merging with the Zagreb Stock Exchange. The entire assets of VSE will be transferred to ZSE with all rights and obligations, in exchange for the stocks at ZSE.

The ZSE will hold an assembly on Wednesday afternoon when the merging should be approved. A merged stock exchange will function as Zagreb Stock Exchange from Zagreb, ‘Poslovni dnevnik’ reports.

Zagreb Stock Exchange officials did not want to comment indirect threats from Hanfa that the new management of ZSE would not be approved as director Samodol recently said to ‘Jutarnji list’ commenting the ‘Pliva’ case. At ZSE, it was claimed, they do not see any reason for Hanfa's involvement.
