A man steals a lion from a circus

Thief decided to steal a van in which the five-year-old lion, Caesar, was sleeping.

Careless German thief accidentally stole a van in which the circus lion was snoozing. He did not get too far.

Scanning the parking lot of a ‘Probst’ circus, a thief decided to steal a van commonly used for transportation of the five-year lion Caesar.

Several hours later, police found a van which crashed into a street sign near the town called Wuppertala. The engine was still on, but the driver was nowhere to be found. It is not known if the lion Caesar had anything to do with the accident, but he did not suffer any injuries.

Both, the lion and the van, were returned to the owners.
