Baby Miraculously Survived Outside of Mom’s Uterus

After birth, the miracle baby was put into an incubator where doctors used a semi-permeable sandwich bag from Tesco.

Jayne Joney from Great Britain gave birth to her baby with surgery that has never before been done in that country, the Dailymail reported.

The baby formed in the mother’s abdomen and Jayne and her husband Graham realised only in the 27^th week of pregnancy that their son was developing outside the uterus after they saw the ultrasound images. This is the most dangerous case of extra-uterine pregnancies that only occurs in one in 50,000 pregnancies.

Great Britain only remembers one such case, when a woman from Nottingham gave birth to triplets. One of the babies had developed outside of the uterus.

Thirty-six medical experts took part in delivering baby Billy. Billy has already been named “the miracle child” because in 98 percent of cases foetuses that begin developing outside of the uterus do not live longer than several days from conception.

After the birth, the miracle baby was transferred into an incubator where doctors used a semi-permeable sandwich bag of the Tesco brand to keep the infant additionally warm. The doctors say that because of this bag the baby is alive and healthy today.
