Carpenter Sues Gisele Bundchen Over Injuries

The carpenter is suing the world`s best paid model over injuries he suffered while renovating her apartment.

Best paid body of the fashion industry, Gisele Bundchen, is being sued by a carpenter who claims he was injured in her New York apartment.

Attorney Ahlers said that his client Martin Marrero has fractured a shoulder, ribs and has herniated spine discs after falling down the stairs in Gisele Bundchen`s apartment, New York post writes.

Attorney Ahlers added his client sustained injuries on the staircase which was not fitted with a banister. Since September 2006, Marrero has been prevented from working du to the injuries, claims his attorney Ahlers at the Bronx Supreme Court.
