Igor Galas’ Collection Wins at M. Fashion Festival

At the first Mediterranean Fashion Festival in Koper, the young designer Igor Galas won the prize for best collection with his knitwear.

After fashion competitions in Croatia, as well as in Berlin and Beijing, he has won over the Slovenian fashion scene.

At the first Mediterranean Fashion Festival in Koper, he won a prize for best collection, reports Novi List. Combinations in a ‘knitted’ style are in question, and the collection is his graduation thesis.

Galas is especially happy with the award he won because he did not know that the festival was of a competitive character, but thought he was going to Koper to represent his faculty.

His creations will soon be on film, which just goes to show how popular the young fashion designer is in Croatia. His creations will also be at the Fashion.hr in September.

Before that, Igor Galas’ clothing will be presented in August at the VIP fashion show as a part of the Sarajevo Fashion Festival.
